There are “special categories” of more sensitive personal data which require a higher level of protection.

Information we may collect from you

We may collect, keep a record of and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site (“our site”). This includes information provided when you complete our on-line and enquiry forms.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
  • We use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, Leadfeeder, Send In Blue, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn to learn about our website visitors, and possibly target future advertising. All data is anonymised and we do not match it to usernames, email addresses or other personally identifying information. Visitors can opt-out of Analytics and/or Advertising tracking by updating their preferences in Cookie Control, located at the bottom left of any page. We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

  • Transfer it to a country with privacy laws that give the same protection as the UK. You can find out more on the UK Government Website:  https://www.gov.uk/data-protection
  • Put in place a contract with the recipient that means they must protect it to the same standards as the UK. You can find out more about this on the European Commission Justice website: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/adequacy/index_en.htm
