Reporting Concerns Training for Staff

Many employees are reluctant to report concerns about misconduct and wrongdoing in the workplace.

This briefing session will introduce Safecall’s confidential reporting service and explain why it is important for employees to speak up about concerns and what will happen if they do.

How is it delivered?

  • This is a 30-minute briefing, hosted on Microsoft Teams.
  • It can be customised to an individual organisation to explain their internal whistleblowing or speak-up arrangements.
  • This session is a briefing, and the number of attendees is not limited. The briefing may work well incorporated into an organisation-wide meeting or town hall.

  • How to use Safecall’s reporting channels to raise concerns about wrongdoing in the workplace.

Why is this course useful?

During the last 25 years, Safecall has supported organisations with whistleblowing services and solutions. In our experience, organisations must engage their people and encourage them to report concerns. This session will help reassure employees that their concerns will be acted on and that they will be protected if they speak up. In addition, this session will raise awareness of Safecall’s reporting channels and what happens if employees report concerns.
