Client Guide – Verifying Your Account

Your account on the new Safecall portal is ready, so you can now take full advantage of our new and improved user interface, document management and messaging features.

Accessing your new account for the first time is a 2 step process:

Step 1 – Verify your account

To Verify your account you’ll be asked to enter your email address in order to receive a verification code. Once you’ve verified the code, you’ll be prompted to setup a new password.

Step 1.1

Please enter the email address associated to your Safecall Account.

Step 1.2

You’ll be presented with a popup instructing you that accessing Safecall’s new portal for the first time is a 2 step process. Click ‘OK’ to continue.

Step 1.3

Please enter the email address associated to your Safecall Account and press the ‘Send verification code’ button. You will now receive an email.

Step 1.4

Please input the 6 digit verification code from the email and press ‘Verify code’.
If you haven’t received the code after 5 minutes, press the ‘Send new code’ button.

Step 1.5

Once your 6 digit code has been verified, please press the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 1.6

Please input your new password and press the ‘Continue’ button. You will now be fully verified and logged out for security.

Step 2 – Log in using your new details.

You’ll be asked to re-enter your email address and new password, and if your account has two-factor authentication setup, you’ll be prompted to send a second verification email in order to log in.

Step 2.1

Please enter the email address associated to your Safecall Account and your new password.

Step 2.2

If your organization is set up with two-factor authentication you’ll be prompted to send a second verification email. Please press the ‘send verification code’ button. You will now receive an email.

Step 2.3

Please input the 6 digit verification code from the email and press ‘Verify code’.

If you haven’t received the code after 5 minutes, press the ‘Send new code’ button.

Step 2.4

Once your 6 digit code has been verified, please press the ‘Continue’ button and you will be logged into the portal.
