The results
Conducted in late 2023, we surveyed over 75 professionals from HR, legal, ethics, compliance, and health & safety roles to understand their organisations’ approach to promoting a positive speak-up culture.
The results reveal areas of concern, such as a lack of whistleblowing reports, outdated reporting methods, and an over-reliance on line managers to address concerns. This survey provides valuable insights into where improvements can be made to ensure more effective and compliant whistleblowing systems.
