Whistleblowing training for Managers provides people managers and team leaders with the confidence and knowledge to respond effectively when employees raise whistleblowing concerns.
The course covers legislative guidelines, why we want to encourage people to speak up about wrongdoing, how to foster a speak-up culture within teams, and how to listen and respond effectively. Training formats include on-site and online sessions, both are interactive, include case studies, and provide opportunities for delegates to share good practices and ideas.
Managers are uniquely positioned to encourage employees to speak up about wrongdoing and support them when they do. Managers are often the first port of call when an employee raises a concern, so it is crucial that initial disclosures are handled properly.
At Safecall, we equip managers with knowledge of your organisation’s legal obligations as well as practical advice on how to encourage people to speak up about their concerns, how to respond, and what action to take.
